However, far too often, excellence, courage and honor takes a back seat to "bottom line" objectives, corporate greed and keeping the status quo.

A paradigm shift is definitely needed.

Accordingly the goal of "Leadersh*t" is to expose the "B.S." behind leadership in corporate America and explore viable ways to fix a broken system. 
This in an effort to elevate our collective consciousness and perhaps cultivate better future leaders.
